Dear creditors:

In the wake of recent events in the world of cycling, I can no longer hide my past. I admit to doping with EPO, blood transfusions, Clenbuterol, and rhinoceros horn. I wanted to use these products because I thought everyone else was doing it. I took these products between June 1985 and April 2003.

I don't care what anyone thinks about my actions and I hope that my confession can help bring positive change to the sport that we all love so much.
